Bend, Tndiana, for the fiscal year beginning January let, 1943, and ending December 31, 1943:, including all out - star.d.i.ng claims and obligations, and fixing a time when the same shall take effect. Section la BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, That for the expenses of the City* Government and its institution-, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1°43, the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funas herein named and_ for the purposes herein specified, subject to the burs governing the same. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to in- clude all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless expressly stipulated and. provided by law.
