AN ORDINANCE APPROPRTAT ONTES FOR THE PITRPOSE OF DEr-
FRAYING THE EXPEL ?SES OF T4 FIR'EMEN'S PENSION FUND OF THE
CITY GOVERNMFh ?T OF TI3E CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINN -IT G JANUARY 1,1943, and ENDING DECEMBER
31,1943, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLn IMS AND OBLIGATIONS,
AND FIXING A TIME INHEET? THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
BE TT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
Section 1.
That for the expenses of the Firemen's Pension Fund of said
City for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1943, the following sums of
money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds
herein named and for the purpose here specified, subject to the laws
governing the same. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to in-
clude all expenditures aut:nrized to be made during the year unless
otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law.
Section II.
That for the said fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out
of the "Firemen's Pension Fund" of said City, the following:
