THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. BE TT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. That for the expenses of the Firemen's Pension Fund of said City for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1943, the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds herein named and for the purpose here specified, subject to the laws governing the same. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to in- clude all expenditures aut:nrized to be made during the year unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law. Section II. That for the said fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out of the "Firemen's Pension Fund" of said City, the following: Detailed Classification Firemen's Pension Fund Services - Personal Salary and Wages,regular $100.00 $100.00 Services - Contractual Convu_nication & Transportation Supplies Postage 10.00 Travel Expense 25.00 035.00 Other Office Supplies 10.00 Records, Stationery, Printing 15.00 0 25.00 Current Charges Awards and Grants Pension to Retired Firemen 32,985.12 Pensions to Firemen becoming eligible during year 71068.24 Pensions to Dependents of Deceased Firemen 81996.40 Death Benefits 800.00 49,849.76 Section III. TOTAL $ 50,009.76 This Ordinance shallbe in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval bit the Mayor.
