AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FCR THE
PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE
CITY PLAN COMMISSION C` THE CITY OF SOUTH
BaTD,INDIAEA,FOR Ti`E FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
JANUARY 1,1943 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,1943,
INCLUDING ALL CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS AND
FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
Section 1:
That for the expenses of the City Plan Commission for the fiscal
year ending December 31,1943, the following sums of money are hereby appro-
priated and ordered set apart out of the funds herein named and for the
purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same. Such
sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures
authorized to be made durin.- the year, unless otherwise expressly
stipulated and provided by law.
Section II.
That for the fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out
of the "City Plan Commission Fund" of said City, the following:

Salaries & Wages, regular
Draf tghan
Secty, to Commission
Services - Contractual
Postage
Supplies
Printing 'x Office
Supplies

Section III,
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
