ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE
OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE CITY PLAN COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1945 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,
1945, INCLUDING ALL CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS AND FIXING
A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C018I0N COUNCIL OF the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the expenses of the City Plan Commission for the fiscal
year ending December 31, 1945, the following sums of money are hereby
appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds herein named and
for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the
same. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expendi-
tures authorized to be made during the year, unless otherwise expressly
stipulated and provided by law.
SECTION II. That for the fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out
of the City Plan Commission Fund of said City, the following:
Services - Personal
Salaries & Wages, regular
Draftsman 2070.00
Seely. to Commission 330.00
4� 2460.00
Services - Contractual
Supplies
Postage 20.00 20.00
Printing & Office Supplies 500.00 500.00
TOTAL 2920.00
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
