THE STREET AND TRAFFIC FUPTD.
BE IT ORDADW by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, that:
1. The amount of $22,720.42, the same being the 1943
balance of the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund, be and the same is hereby
transferred from the City General Fund to an account known as the Street
and Traffic Fund.
2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage by the Common Council,and its approval by the Mayor.
