AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF CO o0
$24@g@0 FROM THE ACCOUNT IDENTIFIED
AS E5 IN THE CITY'S LEDGER OF DISBURSEMENTS, BEING FURTHER IDENTIFIED
AS THE SPECIAL JUDGE FUND IN THE APPROPRIATION FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF
CITY JUDGE TO THE ACCOUNT IDENTIFIED AS E4 IN THE CITY'S LEDGER OF
DISBURSEMENTS, BEING FURTHER IDENTIFIED AS THE JUDGE PRO TEM FUND IN THE
APPROPRIATION FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF CITY JUDGE AND APPROPRIATING THE SAID
SUM IN USE IN PAYMENT OF JUDGES PRO TEM.
BE IT ORDAINTED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That there be and there is hereby transferred the sum of two

Yes ($-9. 0) from the account identified as E5 in the city's ledger of
disbursements, being further identified as a special judge fund in the appropriation
for the department of City Judge to the account identified as E4 in the Cityts
ledger of disbursements, being further identified as the Judge Pro Tern fund, in
the appropriation for the Department of City Judge and appropriating the said sum
for use in the payment of judges Pro Tem.
SECTION 11. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and its signa-
ture by the Mayor.
