AN ORDINANCE L FIXING71- THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN CITY
OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SEND,
INDIANA EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1.. 1943 AND REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THERE-
WITH.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana that:
SECTION 1. The annual salaries for the
following City Officials and Employees of the City
of South Bend, Indiana be, and the same are hereby,
fixed, to be effective as of January 1, 1943, as
follows, towit:
Mayor
City Controller
Deputy City Controller
City Civil Engineer
City Clerk
County Treasurer
Ex Officio City Treasurer

County Auditor for service to
Civil City

SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of or-
dinanees in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage by the Com-
mon Council and its approval by the Mayor.
