ORDINANCE NO.3
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE E M-
CUTION OF AN INDENTURE OF EASEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AND THE AETNA LIFE
INSURANCE COMPANY.
Be it ordained by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend, Indiana that:
Section 1. The proper officers of the
City of South Bend are hereby authoriFed to exe-
cute and deliver the Indenture of Easement, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof, for and on behalf of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
Section 29 This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect fhom and after passage by
the Common Council and its approval by the Mayor.
