ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE
PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING. THE EXPENSES OF THE
CITY PLAN COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF _SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
JANUARY 1s 1914 AIM ENDING DECEMBER 31s 1944,
INCLUDING ALL CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS AND
FIXING.A TIME WHEN THE SAME BEALL TAKE.EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the expenses of the City Plan Commission for the fiscal
year.en ng December 31s 1944s the following sums of money are hereby
appropriated.and ordered set apart out of the funds herein named and
for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the
same. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all
expenditures authorized to be made during the years unless otherwise
expressly stipulated and provided by law.
SECTION II. That for the fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out
