Bend, that:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
1. The proper officers of the City of South Bend be, and the
same are hereby authorized and directed to execute a quit claim deed to
certain real estate formerly owned by the City of South Bend, Indiana, which
the said City has sold and for which the said City has received full consider-
ation, for the purpose of removing a cloud from the title thereof, the said
property located in the County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, and being
known and described as follows:
Lot Numbered One Hundred Seventy -Nine (179) as shown on
the recorded plat of Elwood Manor Second Addition to the
City of South Bend, otherwise known as No. 1418 North College
Street in the city of South Bend, Indiana.
2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect, from
and after its passage by the Common Council, and its approval by the Mayor.
