BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, that.
1. A proposed contract for the appraisal of all of the property
and equipment of the City Water Works of South Bend, Indiana, by and between
the City Water Works of said City and the Lloyd- Thomas Company, calling for
payments by the said City Water Works to the said Lloyd- Thomas Company, in
the amount of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per day for such appraisal, but not to
exdeed a total of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00);therefor, be and the
same is hereby approved.
2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Council and its approval by the Mayor*
