Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, that:
1. The amount of Three Hundred Dollars (3300.00) be, and
the same is hereby transferred from the unappropriated surplus in the Street
and Traffic Fund of the City of South Bend, to Budgetary account No. S54
in the Budget of the Street Department of said City.
2. That the said Three Hundred Dollars (000.00) so
transferred be and the same are hereby appropriated for the uses and
purposes of said Budgetary account No. S54 in the budget of the Street
Department of the City of South Bend.
3. That the said transfer and appropriation are hereby
declared to be an emergency for the purpose of providing an amount necessary
to permit the proper storage and care of supplies and equipment of the
Street Department of the City of South Bend, Indiana, worth in excess of
Twenty -five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00).
4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage by the Common Council and its approval by the I:ayor,
and the fulfillment of all other Statutory requirements relating to
emergency appropriations,
