ORDINANCE NO. 3 41 G
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, that:
1. The amount of ry4 02 0 C2 Dollars
be, and the same is hereby transferred from the General Fund of the City
of South Bend, Indiana, to Budgetary Account No. H251b in the Budget
of the Board of Public ;forks and Safety of said City.
2. That the said funds so transferred be and the same are
hereby appropriated for the uses and purposes of said Budgetary Account
No. H251b in the Budget of said Board of Public Works and Safety.
3. Said transfer and appropriation are hereby declared
to be an emergency for the purpose of repairing serious defects found
to exist in one of the key bridges within the limits of the City of
South Bend, Indiana.
4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage by the Common Council, and its approval by the
mayor, and the fulfillment of all other Statutory requirements relating
to emergency appropriations.
