ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1. That the Board of Public Works and Safety of South
Bend, Indiana be and is hereby authorized to sell for not less
than the appraised value the following described personal prop
1 - #10 Caterpillar Tractor;
1 - Horse Drawn McCormick Mower;
1 - 11, Ton Dump Truck;
1 - Sullivan Concrete Coring Machine.
Section 2. The sale is to be made and the property alienated
pursuant to paragraph 50 of Section 48 -1407 Burns Indiana Statu
1933.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full effect from and after
its enactment and approval by the Mayor.
