ITEMS PROVIDED FOR IN T' "r 191 }3 BUDGET
OF TITF DEPART7HENT OF PUBLIC PERKS FOR
THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana:
Section 1. That the appropriation for cur-
rent obligations for,Properties (buildings and fixed
equipment item) known as Account No. 711, of the 1943
budget of the Department of Public Parks, be reduced
in the amount of T_'ive Hundred (4!•500.00) Dollars and
said sum of Five hundred (?500.00) Dollars, so approp-
riated be returned to the Park Maintenance FLuzd of the
Department of Public Parks of the City of South Bend,
Indiana.
Section 2. That this ordinance should be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval by the Mayor.
