BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend,.Indiana:
Section 1.. That the appropriation for current
obligations for materials (building item), (known. as Account
No. 41) of the 1943 Budget of the Department of Public Parks,
be reduced in the amount of Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars,
mid said sum of Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars, so appropriated
be returned to the general fund of the Civil City of South
Bond, Indiana..
Section 2. That the appropriation for materials
(drives and walks item), (known as Account Ido. 43) of the
1943 Budget in the Department of Public Parks, be reduced in
the amount of Nine Hundred ($900.00) Dollars, and the
Said sum of Nine Hundred ($900. 00) 'Dollars, so appropriated be
returned to the general fund of the Civil City of South Bond,
Indiana.
Section 3. That the appropriation for Properties
(Motor Item), (known as .account No. 724) of the 1943 Budget of
the Department of Public Parks, be reduced in the amount of Four
Hundred Eighty —eight Dollars and Sixty two cents ($488.62), so
appropriated, be returned to the general fund of the Civil City
of South Bend., Indiana.
Section 4. That this Ordinance should be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval by
the Mayor.
