BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C0b60N COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1: That the Board of Public Works of the City of South
Bend, Indiana be and is hereby authorized to acquire and purchase
one 870 gallon Pressure Distributor for use in the application of
liquid asphalt on city streets for the,sum'of Two Thousand Two
Hundred Twenty ($2,220.00) Dollars.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full effect from and after
its enactment and approval by the Mayor.
