Nipsco Job Order -Utility Relocation in Ignition Park South
This Job Order from Nipsco is to engage them to vacate their lines in Ignition Park South.
This is part of the larger effort to vacate the streets and alleys and relocate utilities in the area
bounded by Indiana / Scott/ Norfolk Southern RR tracks/ and Kemble, to make this a
developable site next to Ignition Park.
Once Nipsco has vacated their lines, they can release their easements in this area. The cost
for this work is $8,279.
Staff requests approval of Nipsco's Job Order in the amount of $8,279.
