01 ORDINANCE No. &�� z Passed by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Presented by me to the Mayor of the City of South Bend, Approved and signed by Clerk of Common Council -40107 Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 1' AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE FIREMENtS PENSION FUND OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF -SOUTH BEND INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ,� BEGINNING JANUARY Is, 1944.9 AND ENDING DECEMBER 310 1944, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indianat SECTION I. That for the expenses of the Firements Pension Fund of said City for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1944.9 the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds herein named and for the purpose here specified, subject to the laws governing the same* Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year unless otherwis4 expressly stipulated and provided by laws SECTION II.
