BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indianat SECTION I. That for the expenses of the Firements Pension Fund of said City for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1944.9 the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds herein named and for the purpose here specified, subject to the laws governing the same* Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year unless otherwis4 expressly stipulated and provided by laws SECTION II.
