NOT VPROVED REFEM9E0 PA33E11 �/ d/ D ANORDINANCE RAYING THE EXPENSES OF MONIES O OF THEPOLIFCEMENIS PENSION FUND OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF'THE CITY OF SQUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 11, 1944.. AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1944,- INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A.TIME_ WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of South Bend, Indianai SECTION I. That for the expenses of the Policemen's Pension Fund of said City for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1944., the following suns of money are hereby appropriated..and ordered set apart out of the funds herein named and for the purpose here specified, subject to the laws governing the same• Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law. SECTION II. That for the said fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out of the "Policemen�s Pension Fund" of said City, the followingi Detailed Classification POLICEMENtS PENSION FUND Services - Personal Salary and Wages Regular 100.00 Services - Contractual Postage 500 Supplies Records, Stationery & Printing 75.00 Other Office Supplies 25oOO Current Charges Pensions to retired Policemen% 39,682.16 Pensions of Policement becoming eligible during year 39448 #56 Pensions to dependents of deceased policemen 13,620.00 Death benefits 1,600.00 Attorney fees 13000.00 Judgment favor permanent Pension fund __9,232.95 TOTAL * 100.00 5.00 100.00 68,583067 68,788.67 SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
