RAYING THE EXPENSES OF MONIES O
OF THEPOLIFCEMENIS PENSION FUND
OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF'THE CITY OF SQUTH BEND, INDIANA,
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 11, 1944.. AND ENDING
DECEMBER 31, 1944,- INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND
OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A.TIME_ WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE
EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of South Bend, Indianai
SECTION I.
That for the expenses of the Policemen's Pension Fund of said
City for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1944., the following suns
of money are hereby appropriated..and ordered set apart out of the funds
herein named and for the purpose here specified, subject to the laws
governing the same• Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to
include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year unless
otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law.
SECTION II.
That for the said fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out
of the "Policemen�s Pension Fund" of said City, the followingi
