BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1•
A certain contract, dated the 28th day of September,
1944, between the State of Indiana by the State Highway Commission
and the City of South Bend by its Board of Public Safety, concern-
ing the installation of a traffic control system within the City
of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby approved,
ratified, confirmed and fully and finally adopted as the contract
of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
Section 2:
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
