ORDINANCE NO.
Be it orddined by the Common Council of the City of South Bend
1. The budgetary account No. Kll - dog pound salaries in the
budget+. of the pity of South Lend be, and the same is hereby, reduced in
the amount of 000.00.
2. The amount of $300.00 be, and the same is hereby, appropriated
from a general fund of the City of South Bend,; Indiana, for the uses and
purposes of budget Account No. H214 - telephone and telegraph, in the budget
of the Board of Public "forks and Safety of said City for the year 1944.
3. An emergency exists which requires that the foregoing reduction
and appropriation be made in accordance with emergency provisions of the laws
of the State of Indiana.
4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the _,ayor, and the
fulfillment of all requirements of the laws of the State of Indiana.
