BEND. INDIANA. BY ITS BOARD OP PJBL-rC �':rORKS AND SAILTY. AND
;3e it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, that;
1. A certain contract made and entered into by and between the
City of South Bend, Indiana, acting through its Board of Public -'orks and
Safety, and the Indiana Equipment Company, Inc. of South Bend be, and the
same is hereby approved., said contract consisting of a written bid and
acceptance vahereby the said Indiana 3quipment Company, Inc. agrees to sell,
and the City of South Bend agrees to purchase at a price of 4'4436.00 one
Rough Hodel H.L. Payloader.
2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Council and its approval by the hSayor.
