ORDINANCE NO. =�-
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, that:
1. A certain contract made and entered into by and between the
City of South Bend, Indiana, acting through its Board of Public 4lorks and
Safety, and "'Tunicipal Supply Company of South Bend be, and the same is
hereby approved, said contract consisting of a written bid and acceptance
mhereby the said jionicipal Supply Company agrees to sell, and the City of
South Sand agrees to purchase at a price of Q3600.00 one South Send Gutter -
Snipe Street Sweeper.
2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Council, and its approval by the 'ayor.
