Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend
1. A certain contract made and entered into by and between
the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public ?'7orks
and Safety and the Seagrave Corporation for the purchase by the City and
the sale to it by the Corporation of a Canopy Cab Triple Type Combination
Pumping Engine in accordance with certain specifications for the amount
of Ten thousand six hundred ($10,600.00) Dollars be, and the same is hereby,
approved.
2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common gouncil and its approval by the Mayor.
