BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
1. Proper officers of the City of South Bend are hereby authorized
to request the St. Joseph Circuit Court Judge to appoint three (3) disinterested
freeholders of the City of South Bend, to appraise the following described
property in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, to -wit:
Lots numbered 26, 27, 28, and 29 in Miller and
Green's Second Addition to the Town of Lowell, now a
part of the City of South Bend.
2. The pro er officers f toe City of South Bend are hereby authorized
