Agenda: Bill 03 -15 Ignition Park Street & Alley Vacation
A full Committee was present when Public Works & Property Vacation Chair Valerie Schey called her
committee to order.
Bill 03 -15 was the only item to be considered. This bill, a follow up to the annexation bill would allow
the vacation of all public rights of way in the parcel. This includes all streets and alleys to unify the
properties into one parcel.
The diagram provided by Mike Danch to illustrate the requested vacations is attached. He added that
the City was working with the utility companies for any necessary removal or relocation of their services.
There were no questions from the Council or the public.
On a motion by Oliver Davis, seconded by Valerie Schey, which was supported by all, the bill was sent to
Council with a favorable recommendation.
Valerie adjourned the meeting at 4:49 P.M.
