AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
COMMCNLY IGTOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
Section I. Ordinance Nol 3702, being a zoning ordinance in
the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended so that
the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the
City of South Bend, Indiana, to —wit:
Lots numbered 1523, 1524, 1467, 1468, 1466, 14,65, 1409,
1410, 1411, 1412, 1355, 1356, 1354, 1353, in Summit Place
5th Addition, and 1297, 1298, 1299, 1300, 1243, 1244, in
Summit Place 4th Addition,
be and the same is hereby changed from C commeri.al and D height and
area districts to B$ Residence and A height and area districts.
Section II. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval
by the Mayor and Legal Publication.
