AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2331
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana, that;
1. Ordinance No. 2331 (as amended), being a
zoning ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be
and the same hereby is amended so that the zoning class-
ification of the following described real property in the
City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, to --wit;
The property on the northwesterly side
of Prairie Avenue between Nash Street
and Jackson Street except Lot Numbered:
One (1) in the unrecorded plat of
Walnut Fourth Addition to the City of
South Dend
be and the same hereby is changed from "C" Commercial
District and "D" Height and Area District to "B" Residence
District and I'A" Height and Area District.
2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council
and its approval by the mayor.
