AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2331
COMMONLY K9017N AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, that:
1. The zoning classification of Lots Numbered 37, 38 and 39
in Oakland Park Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, which is
now zoned as "B'r Use and rrA" Height and Area Districts be, and the same
is hereby amended and changed to provide that said Lots Numbered 37, 38
and 39 in Oakland Park Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, be
zoned as 'rD° Light Industrial and °E" Height and Area District.
2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor, and
its legal publication.

The Council approved the change of zoning classification of the following

classification of "B" Use and "A" Height and Area Districts to "D" Light
Industrial and "E" Height and Area District.
