AN ORDINANCE X ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2331, AS AMMIDED,
OF THE "UNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
SECTION 1
Ordinance No. 2331, as amended, of the Plunicipal City of South Bend,
Indiana, be and the same is hereby amended by providing that a tract of real
estate in the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, bounded
by a line running as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner -of. -the Southwest gaarter of Section
Thirty -four (311), Tovmship ;Tli'rty -eight (38) North, Range Two (2) East;
thence East a distance of 1,3?0 feet; .thence South a distance of 2,1115.6
feet; thence West a distanoe of`:750 #1 -feet; thence South a distance of
824.11 feet to the Northeast corner bf �lot 208 in Lincoln Terrace Addition;
thence West to the Northeast corner of-Lot 225 in said Addition; thence
South to the Southeast corn Lot`228 in said Addition; thence North-
westerly along the Southwesterly. -li.ne of Lots 228 and 2311 in said Addition
to the intersection of such line and -'the West line of Section 31 Township
37 North, Range 2 East; thence,North along the West lines of said
Sections 3 aril 311 to the place; of beginning;
be and the same is hereby all placed in and zoned as I'M Heavy Industrial District
and °G" Height and Area District.
SECTION 2
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and legal publication.
