There be and there is hereby transferred from the following indicated budgetary accounts to the General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana, the amounts set opposite each: P11 Salaries $13,435.00 Q11 Salaries 650.00 W11 Salaries 500.00 2. There be and there is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the uses and purposes of the following budgetary accoantsthe amount set opposite each. P333 Tires and Tubes X400.00 P342 Iaundry and Cleaning 35.00 P726 Other Equipment *13,000.00 Q252 Repair of Equipment 650.00 '11252 Repair of Equipment 500.00 W261 Other Contractural Services 500.00 3. The Common Council finds the existence of an emergency requiring the appropriations of the fandsas aforesaid. 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements relating to emergency appropriations.
