INANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2331
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of Bouth Bend, Indiana, that:
1. Ordinance No. 2331 (as amended), being a
zoning ordinance in the City of South Bend, Indiana, be
and the same hereby is amended so thaf the zoning class-
ification of the following described real property in the
City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, to -wit:
The property fronting on the north side
of Indiana Avenue from the east side of
Lot Numbered Three Hundred Ten (310) in
Oliver's Second Addition to the _City of
South Bend west to Grant Street
be and the same hereby is changed from "E'I Heavy Industrial
District and "F" Height and Area District to "B" Residence
District and IIA'I Height and Area District and
The property fronting on the south side
of Indiana Avenue from Magnolia Street
to Grant Street
be and the same hereby is changed from "D" Light Industrial
District and I'E'I Height and Area District to "B" Residence
District and "AII Height and Area District.
2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council
and its approval by the Mayor.
