ORDINANCE, NO. 3J-"
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, that:
1. A contract made and entered into by and between the City
of South Bend, Indiana, by its Board of Public Vlorks and Safety, and
American- LaFrarrce- Foamite Corporation for the purchase of one certain
pumping engine vehicle for the sum of "'10,800.00, a copy of which contract
is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be, and the same is hereby,
confirmed, ratified and approved.
2. A contract made and entered into by and between the City
of South Bend, Indiana, by its Board of Public Works and Safety, and
Sollitt Construction Company, Inc. for alterations and repairs to the
Central Fire Station for the sum of ,$6,324.00, a copy of which contract
is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be, and the same is hereby,
confirmed, ratified and approved.
3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Council and its approval by the Mayor.
