Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, that:
1. Proper officers of the City of South Bend are - hereby authorized
to request the appointment of appraisers to determine the appraised value
of each of the following vehicles owned by the City of South Bend, Indiana,
and used by the Police Department of said City:

2. The proper officers of the City are hereby authorized, after such
appraisal has been made, to sell such vehicles at not less than the appraised
price, either singly or in groups, or to assign said vehicles for use by other
d6partments of the City as may be determined as in the best interests of the
said City.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage by the Cannon Council and its approval by the h1ayor.
