AN ORDINANCE CHANGING SOUTH OLIVE STREET FROM ITS
INTERSECTION WITH WESTERN AVENUE-TO.ITS INTERSEC-
TION WITH WEST SAMPLE STREET FROM A STREET TO A
BOULEVARD AND GIVING THE CARk AND CONTROL THEREOF
TO THE BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF,
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana.
SECTION ONE. That South Olive Street from its intersection
with Western Avenue to its intersection with West Sample Street
in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana,
be and the same is hereby changed from a street to a boulevard
and the same is hereby transferred by this ordinance to the
Board of Park Commissioners of said City to use, hold and
control the same as a public boulevard or pleasure drive way.
SECTION TWO. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
