ORDINANCE NO. 3,J-3 6_
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, that:
1. The proper officers of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
are hereby authorized to sell certain personal property
of said City, towit. Truck known and identified as
Truck No. 17 of the Street Department of said City.
2. An affidavit having been filed, and the records of the
Common Council indicating that the value of said personal
property described above to be less than One Hundred
Dollars (5100.00), the sale above authorized is directed
to be made without an appraisal.
3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage by the Common Council, and its
approval by the Mayors
