BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend that Ordinance No. 3702, as amended, which Ordinance is commonly called the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, be amend- ed as follows: Section 1. That the following described real estate located in the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, shall be rezoned from "A" Residence District to "A -111 Residence District. All that property with frontage on the Northeasterly side of Portage Avenue from Golden Avenue to Angela Avenue and all that property having frontage on the Southwesterly side of Portage Avenue from the South- easterly side of lot no. 3 in Bulla and Patton's Addition to the East line of Blaine Avenue more Dar - ticularily described as lots no. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, as shown on the recorded plat of Bulla and Pattonts Addition to said City; lots numbered 1, 392 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, and 45 of Pluessel First Addition to said city; lots numbered 151, 1520 of Muessel Third Addition to said tits; lots numbered 406, 4070 408, 409, 410, 411, 398, and 397, of Widar Park Addition to said City, and lots numbered 1, 21 3, 4, 51 6, 7, 8, 9, 37, 382 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 779 78, 79, 80, 106, 1070 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114 of Portage Park Addition to said City. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full for and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approved by the Mayor and legal publication.
