ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 AS PASSED BY THE COMMON
COUNCIL JUNE 13, 1949 AND COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City Of South
Bend
Section 1. That lots numbered-1 to 19 inclusive in Swanson's
Sunnyside Heights Addition together with lots numbered 33, 34,
35, 36, 37, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51 and 52 in E. H.
Kuhn's Sunnyside Subdivision be changed from B residence dis-
trict to A residence district.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and legal publication.
