AN ORDINANCE REDUCING CERTAIN ITEMS IN THE 1949 SOUTS
BEND, IMIDIANA, MUNICIPAL CIVIL CITY BUDGET IN SEVERAL
DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICES THEREOF, AND APPROPRIATING
SPECIFIC SUMS FROM THE GENERAL FUND, AND FEW THE
GENERAL STREET AND TRAFFIC FUND, OF SAID CITY, TO
CERTAIN OTHER BUDGETARY ITEMS OF THE 1949 MUNICIPAL
CIVIL CITY BUDGET OF SOUTR BEND, AND DECLARING AN
EXTRAORDINARY MRGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indianat
Section 1. That the following items -in the 1949 Manielpal Civil City of
South Bend, Indlana,.ia the offices and departments enumerated in this section
