AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 2331 AS AMENDED,
WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY CALLED THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY CF SOUTH BEND
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend
that Ordinance No. 2331, as amended, which Ordinance is commonly called the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, be amended as follows:
SECTION 1: That the following described real estate
in the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State
of Indiana, shall be rezoned as "C" Use District and "D"
Height and Area District:
Lots numbered 39 and 40 as shown on the recorded
plat of A. H. Cushing Addition to the City of
South Bend.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council,
approval by the Mayor and legal publication.
