General Ordinance No. 3709
An Ordinance Adopting a Municipal Code of the City
of South Bend, Indiana. ,
Whereas there has been no general revision and
recodification of the ordinances of the City of South Bend
since 1916; and
Whereas the Common Council, on January 10th, 1949,
authorized a general revision and recodification of the
ordinances of the City of South Bend of a general and
Permanent nature, to be published by authority of the
Common Council; and
Whereas such general revision and recodification
of such ordinances has been completed; now therefore,
Be It Ordained by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana:
