AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 2331 COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indianat
Section 1# Ordinance No* 2331 being a zoning ordinanc6 in the
City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended so that
the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the
City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit&
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Colfax Avenue
and Eddy Street, thence East 158.57 feet„ thence South
183.52 feet, thence West 158.73'feet to the East line of
Eddy Street, thence North 183052 feet to the place of
beginnings
be and the same is hereby changed from "A" and "B" residence districts
and "A" height and area district to "B" residence and "B" height and
area districts
Section 24 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Councils approval by the Mayor,
and legal publications
