as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indian-..
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana
SECTION.-1_ Ordinance No. 2331 (as. amended) commonly known as the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana is hereby amended,
changing the zoning classification of the following described real
estate, to witz
Lot Ne. 2-in Citizens Homes Company Replat of Lots No. 1, 2, 36 4,
2.1 and 22 of Wal=t -N dition to the City of South Bend, Indiana #,
from B Residenbe district and A Height and Area district to C Commercial
district and D Height and Area district.
SECTION 2. Thia.Ordinance shall be in full force and affect from and
after its passage and appraval by the Mayor of the City, of South Bend,,
Indiana.
