AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 2331#
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
that:
Section le Ordinance Noe 2331 being a zoning ordinance in the City
of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended so that the
zoning classification of the following.described real property in the
City of South Bend, Ste Joseph County, Indiana, to -wits
Lots Numbered 99 and 100 in Original
Plat of River Park and Lots Numbered
120 and 121 in Horne & Dunn First
Sub - Division, the same being located
on the south side of Mishawaka Avenue
between 25th and 26th Streets
be and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residence District and "A"
Height and Area District to "C" Commercial District and "E" Height and
Area District; also
The South 120 feet of Lots Numbered
1034, 1047 and the North 120 feet of
Lots Numbered 1033, 1048 and 1053 in
the 2nd Plat of LaSalle Park, and Lots
Numbered 1# 2 and 3 of Russell *s Sub*
of Lot No* 1068 in 2nd Plat of LaSalle
Park in the City of South Bend
be and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residence District and "0
Height and Area District to "C" Commercial District and "D" Height and

Section 2• This Ordinance shall be in fall force and offset from
