AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 2331,
AS AMENDED, WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY CALLED
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend that Ordinance No. 2331, as amended, which Ordinance is
commonly called the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, be
amended as follows:
SECTION l: That the following described real estate
located in the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of
Indiana, shall be rezoned as "D" Use District and "E" Height and
Area District:
Lots numbered 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44 and 45
as shown on the recorded Plat of Baker and McHenry's
Addition to said City.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval
by the Mayor and legal publication.
