AN ORDINAACB AMENDING ORDINANCE 3702 COIDIONLY SNOIRN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND*
INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bends
Section to Ordinance No. 37020 being a zoning ordinance in the
City of South Bends Indianan be and the same.hereby is ameaded so that
the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the
City of South Bends Indians to -wits
Lots numbered 18 and 19 in Homeland
Addition to the City of South Bends
be and the same is hereby changed from "B" Heavy Industrial and "r Height
and Area Districts to "B's Residenoe.and "B° Height and Area Districts*
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and offset
from and after its passage by the Common Councils approval by the MWor
