ORDINANCE NO. ZS74
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana, that:
1. The following monies be, and the same hereby
are, transferred from the General Fund of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, to and are appropriated for the
uses and purposes of the following budgetary items in
the budget of said city for the year 1947, to -wit; To
P221, Electric Service, Police Department, $300.00; To
K712, Other Structures, $200.00.
2. The following monies be, and the same hereby
are, transferred from the Street and Traffic Fund to and
are appropriated for the uses and purposes of the follow-
ing budgetary item in the budget of the City of South Bend
for the year 1947, to -wit: To 5262, Miscellaneous Surgical
Supplies, $1,000.00.
3. The above funds are required for the proper
operation and function of the aforementioned departments,
and an emergency is declared to exist concerning each of
the foregoing transfers and appropriations.
4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council,
its approval by the Mayor, and the fulfillment of all
statutory requirements relating to emergency appropriations.
