BE IT ORDAINED by,the Common Council of the
City of South Bond, Indiana,that:
1. The annual salaries for the following city
officials and employees of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, be, and the same hereby are, fixed, to be
effective as of January 1, 1948, as follows, to-wit:
Mayor
City Controlle
City Civil Engineer
City Attorney
City Clerk
City Judge
Members of the Common
Council, each
County Treasurer ex offioio
City Treasurer
County Auditor for services
to civil city

2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
