The Community Investment Committee met to consider bill 15 -16, the sole item on its agenda.
This bill was described as a house cleaning bill meant to add three properties to the South Bend Mutual
Homes development. Brock Zeeb from the City's Community Investment Department, explained these
three parcels had inadvertently been left off the list of parcels for which residential abatement had been
previously granted.
Committee Chair Gavin Ferlic upon hearing Brock's explanation asked if there were any questions from
the public or the Council. There were none.
On proper, motions by Valerie Schey and Gavin Ferlic which were affirmed by all, bill 15 -16 was sent to
full Council with a favorable recommendation.
Gavin adjourned the meeting at 3:57 P.M.
